  • Pearls are natural organic gemstones. Their formation process, taking place in nature, cannot be controlled by human intervention, meaning that the surface of pearls may exhibit some natural imperfections (growth lines, marks, small pits). This is a completely normal occurrence. Please understand that the level of these natural flaws directly impacts the price of the pearl – our pursuit is always the highest quality within each price range.

Each piece of pearl jewelry at Starlit Pearls has been carefully selected with the utmost attention to detail. While we strive to capture the natural imperfections of the pearls in photos, sometimes the lustrous glow may conceal certain blemishes, making them less visible in pictures. we always aim to provide a clear and accurate description of the quality and characteristics in each product listing. However, please understand that quality is often reflected in the price, and achieving a flawless appearance may require a higher budget - – our pursuit is always the highest quality within each price range.

Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of the unique, albeit imperfect, characteristics of natural pearls, and we invite you to treasure this unique beauty.

  • Introducing the "Mention Me Reward Program" - Earn Discounts and Cashbacks Through Referrals!

Here at Starlit Pearls we believe in rewarding our loyal customers. As such, we're thrilled to announce the launch of our new "Mention Me Reward Program." It's a unique offer designed to benefit both you and the friends you refer to us. Here's how it works:

    (1) First-Time Referral Discount: When you recommend our shop to a friend (let's call them Friend A), and they place their first order, they will enjoy a 10% discount. As a thank you for your referral, you will also receive a 10% discount on your next purchase.

    (2) Lifetime Referral Cashback: It doesn't end there! Every subsequent order placed by Friend A will earn you a perpetual 5% cashback. This cashback is directly transferred to you and is valid for a lifetime.

    (3) Order Milestone Reward: If you place 10 orders, you will receive an additional pearl jewelry reward worth up to 30% of the total value of your 10 orders. You can select this reward from any item available in our shop, as long as the total price does not exceed 30% of the value of your 10 orders.

So, how do you take advantage of these fantastic rewards? Here are the steps:

    (1) Friend Referral: ①Introduce our shop to your friend, Friend A. They can either contact us via email starlitpearls@gmail.com, Facebook, Twitter, or WhatsApp to inform us of your full name before placing an order, and we will provide them with a unique 10% off discount code to use on their first purchase. ②Alternatively, Friend A can directly place an order on our website and mention your full name in the order notes (or contact us after). Once the order is confirmed, we will send you your 10% off discount code for your next purchase. Then we will automatically refund 10% of the purchase amount to Friend A's payment account 14 days after they confirm receipt of their order. This ensures that they enjoy their first-order discount, even if they didn't to apply their discount code at checkout.

    (2) Lifetime Referral Cashback: From then onward, Friend A becomes your permanent referral. Regardless of whether or not they mention your name in future orders, you will receive a 5% cashback 14 days after they confirm receipt of each order, once the return period has expired.

    (3) Order Milestone Reward: To be eligible for the order milestone reward, all orders must have passed the 14-day return period. If any returns occur within the 10 orders, the order count is adjusted accordingly. For instance, if a return is made on the 4th order, the next purchase will be considered the 4th order.

We're excited to provide you with more ways to save and earn through the Mention Me Reward Program. Start referring today and unlock these amazing benefits!

Note: Please ensure your friends correctly mention your full name when they place their orders to successfully link the referral to you. If you have any questions about our Mention Me Reward Program, feel free to contact us through any of our communication channels.

    Happy shopping!

  • ① Gentle Care: Pearls are delicate gems that require careful handling. Avoid contact with chemicals, including hairspray, perfume, and cosmetics, as they can damage the pearl's surface. It's also recommended to remove your pearls when sleeping, bathing, or washing your face to prevent potential damage.

② Cleaning: Clean your pearl jewelry with a soft, damp cloth after each wear. This helps to remove any body oils or residue that may have accumulated. Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners, as they can scratch the pearl's surface.

③ Storage: Always store pearls separately from other jewelry to prevent scratches. A soft pouch or a separate compartment in your jewelry box is ideal.

④ Last on, First off: Make pearls the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. This helps to limit their exposure to damaging elements and substances.

Remember, with proper care, your pearls can last a lifetime and even be passed down as a treasured heirloom. Treat them kindly and they will continue to bring you joy for many years to come.
